Luxury five star hotel and wedding location, Il Melograno, Puglia, decided to hold a fun Italian food event with us. As they are housed in a 16th century masseria in Puglia, they liked our rustic look.
It's not news that John and Emily love Italian cuisine, authentic flavours and the taste of sunshine. We also love to hold premium PR events in our country style kitchen. So this was a great match.
The menu was mouthwatering:
Burratina pugliese ricomposta con Gamberi rossi di Gallipoli profumati all’Acquavite e Miele bio variegato allo Zenzero
Apulian Burrata cheese filled with brandy flavour red prawns flavoured with bio honey ginger

Tortelli pasta filled with broad beans and chicory, served with lobster and Fiaschetto tomatoes

Filetti di Triglia in Falde di Bietoline con spuma di ricotta fresca aromatica e scorzetta di Limone Bio del Melograno su guazzetto di vongole e ceci neri
Mullet fillets in flakes of green chards with fresh aromatic ricotta mousse and lemon zest on a soup of clams and black chickpeas

Cremoso al Limone su Salsa al Curacao, Sabbia di Cioccolato bianco, Meringhette e Spugna di Mare
Lemon cream on curacao sauce, white chocolate powder, meringue and sponge cake
