Eastern Mediterranean Cooking Class

Introducing our new Eastern Mediterranean Cookery Class where you will learn to prepare traditional dishes inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, and beyond. This entirely vegetarian class balances the earthy, tangy and fresh flavours of the region.

We start with our meze, we'll teach you the secret of making smooth and creamy hummus, alongside smoky baba ghanoush. For the main course you will learn how to make a crispy feta and spinach pie with golden flaky filo pastry and a creamy feta filling. Dessert includes an indulgent pistachio baklava to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Each Eastern Mediterranean cooking class will take you through a delicious starter, main with salad and tasty dessert.

  • Meze with baba ghanoush, hummus, tabbouleh and flatbreads
  • Double greens, pine nuts and feta filo pie
  • Roast cauliflower and pomegranate salad with dukkah
  • Pistachio baklava

Like all our London hands-on cookery classes, our East Mediterranean cooking class includes a all food, equipment, and unlimited specially selected red and white wine and soft drinks.
