Sicilian Seafood Cookery Class
Based on John and Emily's favourite holidays to Sicily, learn how to make a variety of authentic Italian dishes to wow your dinner guests: fresh, flavoursome and full of Italian sea-faring culture.
Fusing our most popular cookery classes of Italian, Italian pasta-making and our classic Fish and Seafood cooking course, we created Sicilian Seafood.
Get to grips with seafood preparation, and how to make delicious, inspiring dishes from the favourite Italian Seafood classics to the more traditional Sicilian fare.
As with all our Italian classes, we love a good dessert, this finishing treat is deceptively simple but oh-so-moreish.

- Zuppe di Cozze (Mussels with tomato, garlic and parsley)
- Linguine a la mare (Linguine with prawns and squid)

Like all our London hands-on cookery classes, our Sicilian Seafood cooking courses include all food, equipment, and unlimited specially selected red and white wine and soft drinks.
