We've been having fun experimenting with different options for our private parties & corporate groups based on what you've been asking for. One of which was a fantastic experience with the Cherie Blair Foundation cooking up trouble in the kitchen with colourful macarons and moreish chocolate truffles with Annamarie. Short and sweet as requested.
In just two hours, the group made beautiful bright pink and purple macarons and silky chocolate truffles that could rival any fancy patisserie. For treats that are so delicate, pretty and sought after, it was great for everyone to have a go and see how easy, with a bit of guidance and practise, it is to make your own.
