Introducing our new Eastern Mediterranean Cookery Class where you will learn to prepare traditional dishes inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, and beyond. This entirely vegetarian class balances the earthy, tangy and fresh flavours of the region.
We start with our meze, we'll teach you the secret of making smooth and creamy hummus, alongside smoky baba ghanoush. For the main course you will learn how to make a crispy feta and spinach pie with golden flaky filo pastry and a creamy feta filling. Dessert includes an indulgent pistachio baklava to satisfy your sweet tooth.
