Description

Join us for an authentic Portuguese class, where we will teach your how to cook traditional rustic dishes, full of the flavours of Portugal. 

Portuguese cuisine is known for it's love of fish and seafood and in this class, we will show you how to cook the perfect bacalhau (cod) fritter as well as a classic fish escabeche.  For the main we will show how to cook two hearty and tasty stews prepared with fish or pork.  You will finish your Portuguese feast with classic Pastel De Nata, the flaky pastry with custard!

All of our recipes are designed to be cooked and enjoyed at home, so we will show some handy short cuts and simple techniques for salting your cod and making sumptuous Pastel de Nata... the easy way!
